Special Education Provision
Sportwise are proud supporters of SEN physical activity and have offered sporting activity to children with additional needs since our inception in 2005.deliver provision to learners with special educational needs that ensures that all students are able to access activities, have fun and learn.
We pride ourselves on being able to offer inclusive physical activity and are committed to developing an environment where everybody regardless of ability is able to take part in and more importantly enjoy physical activity. We can provide inclusive physical activity to:
EBD (emotional and behavioural difficulties)
MLD (moderate learning difficulties)
PMLD (profound and multiple learning difficulties)
SLD (severe learning difficulties
Sportwise have delivered numerous SEN projects including the DCATCH project (Disabled Children’s Access to Childcare) in Solihull. This project was a Government initiative to offer more childcare to disabled children and increase accessibility. Sportwise were the sporting lead for this project in Solihull and created lots of opportunities for children and families in the area. The following are some examples of the work delivered on the DCATCH project.

Activities that we are able to offer range from sport, dance and games to wheelchair based activities and one to one physical activity. All staff working in this area are vastly experienced and work within SEN establishments on a regular basis.
